She would buy toys with her own money for the hospitalized children on holidays and bring them and distribute them to the children. After Robin's death, her mother Andrea "Dee" Evans developed the Robin Foundation in memory of Robin and has expanded the philanthropy to include providing support to families from out of town while a child is being treated at local hospitals. None of the foundations board members are salaried and the proceeds from donations go to the children except for limited office and fund raising expenditures.
