Charity Cars Helps A Family on the Montel Williams Show

Central Fla. Charity to be Featured on April 30 Montel Williams Show

(Longwood, FL) The original, award-winning 1-800-Charity Cars announced today that spokesperson Rose Hill will be appearing on the nationally syndicated Montel Williams Show airing tomorrow, Wednesday, April 30 to present a free vehicle to a very special recipient.

Joseph Democko is a 24-year-old father who, at age 20, took on the legal system to get custody of his sister's three children -- one of whom has Spina Bifida -- because she lacked the means to provide for them. To help Joseph and his family, 1-800-Charity Cars is providing him with a with a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica that is completely paid for, including the insurance.

1-800-Charity Cars provides vehicles refurbished to insure safety and reliability, and at times a license plate, the down-payment for insurance, a service warranty, and case management services to families willing to work. The first nonprofit of its kind in the nation, 1-800-Charity Cars has been providing reliable automobiles to those in need for over ten years.

"Joseph has sacrificed much in his own life for his family, we're happy to help ease some of his stress," Hill said. "We're thrilled that Montel is shining some light on this inspirational person."

The show will air locally in the greater Orlando market on Fox 35 at 10 a.m. Information on other local air times and stations is available on the Montel website, montelshow.com.

1-800-Charity Cars gave away over 900 cars in 2007, despite an overall decline in charitable car donations throughout the United States.
